We are Fentanyl Free Oregon, an organization dedicated to initiating meaningful conversations with family, friends, and loved ones about the dangers of street fentanyl use in our community.
Our goal is to increase awareness and explore ways for individuals and community members to take action via community outreach, distribution of informational literature, and initiatives that illuminate the risk surrounding the use of street fentanyl.
